What does Maytryx do?

Maytryx is a review and reputation automation service for local service businesses. It asks every customer for a review automatically after a job closes, drafts and posts replies to the reviews that come in, and tracks your rating, review volume, and review freshness so the profile customers see stays current

How does automated review requesting work?

When a job is marked complete in your CRM or invoicing tool, Maytryx sends the customer a text and email asking for a review, with a direct link to your Google profile. Non-responders get a second reminder. You do not have to remember to ask, and the request goes out while the work is still fresh in the customer's mind.

Why do most service businesses have so few reviews?

The usual cause is timing, not unhappy customers. Asking days later, in person, or from memory means most jobs never generate a request at all. Businesses that ask every customer automatically within a day of finishing the work typically collect reviews from a far larger share of their jobs than those asking manually.

Does review freshness affect Google rankings?

Yes. Google's local ranking uses review quantity, review score, and recency as part of prominence. A business with 200 reviews where the newest is a year old tends to lose ground in the map pack to a competitor with 80 reviews from the past three months. This is why Maytryx tracks a freshness score alongside your star rating.

How many more reviews will I get?

It depends on your job volume and how many customers you currently ask. The calculator on this page estimates lift over 90 days using industry-average benchmarks applied to the numbers you enter. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it is not based on your actual books.

Can Maytryx respond to reviews for me?

Yes. Maytryx drafts a reply to each new review in your business's voice and posts it. Negative reviews are routed to you first so a person decides how to handle the situation before anything is published.

Is it against Google's rules to ask customers for reviews?

No. Google allows and encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. What is prohibited is offering payment or discounts in exchange for a review, filtering out unhappy customers so only positive reviewers get asked, and posting fake reviews. Maytryx asks every customer the same way, so you stay inside the rules.

What tools does Maytryx connect to?

Maytryx connects to the CRM, field service, or invoicing software you already use to know when a job is finished, and to Google Business Profile to read and post reviews. If your setup is unusual, that gets confirmed on the intro call before you commit to anything.

Who is Maytryx for?

Local service businesses that finish a steady stream of jobs and depend on Google for new customers: home services, contractors, cleaning, pressure washing, HVAC, landscaping, and similar trades. It is a poor fit for businesses with very few customers per month, since there are not enough jobs to generate review volume.

What does it cost?

Maytryx is a flat monthly rate of $395 USD per location. The price doesn't scale with how many jobs you close or how many review requests go out, so it's the same whether you finish 20 jobs a month or 200. If you run multiple locations, each one is billed separately at the same rate. No setup fee and no long-term contract.

How fast will I see results?

The first requests go out as soon as your jobs start closing, so early reviews usually arrive within the first week or two. Ranking and lead changes trail behind that — the 90-day window is the realistic frame for seeing movement in your rating and map pack position.

What happens on the free call?

A short conversation about your current review count, rating, and monthly job volume, then a walkthrough of what automating the ask would change. If it is not a fit, you get told that on the call.
